Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Technology Risk Management. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the Bank's technology and security compliance risk management is aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director, Technology Regulatory Management in implementing the IT&S Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Framework.
  • Provide Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) related support, including regulatory change & issues management oversight.
  • Ensure technology activities and recommendations are compliant with relevant regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of new and emerging regulatory guidelines, publications, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct gap/impact assessments for regulatory changes and update in OpenPages.
  • Perform Regulatory Change Management activities, including engaging key stakeholders and tracking regulatory issues.
  • Generate reports with commentary on regulatory issues for the monthly IT dashboard.
  • Assist with updating relevant regulatory documentation and coordinate the creation of Global Issues Management System (GIMS) issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years experience with strong knowledge in regulatory and industry frameworks, guidelines, and standards governing the management of technology systems and information security.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferable.
  • Proven success at managing a team, leading, and executing change initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of balancing multiple perspectives.
  • Sound business and technical acumen, with demonstrated agility in learning and ability to quickly become comfortable with unfamiliar business areas or technologies.
  • Ability to connect programs/projects to broader regulatory requirements and grasp the key performance drivers of business partners.
