About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Technology and Cyber Risk Management to join our team. This is a critical role that will be responsible for leading our technology and cyber risk management efforts, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology and cyber risk management framework to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.
  • Provide regular risk assessments and recommendations to our senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our IT and cybersecurity teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate technology and cyber risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our IT and cybersecurity teams, to ensure effective risk management and governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology and cyber risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technology and/or information security risk management, preferably in a financial institution or complex organization.
  • Strong knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, risk management, and governance frameworks, including COBIT, NIST, and COSO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex technology and cyber risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
