Job SummaryAs a key member of our R&D Quality Control team, you will be responsible for performing a range of analytical testing activities to ensure the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial testing and stability sample analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and validate analytical testing procedures for drug substances and drug products.
- Perform other tests required for dosage submissions, including raw material and in-process testing.
- Document and report results in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Adhere to corporate values of Pride, Accountability, Integrity, and Diligence in the performance of work and interactions with colleagues.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support departmental objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Recognized post-secondary education in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree with 1 year or Master's degree with 0 years of experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory in an R&D environment.
- Knowledge of wet chemistry, analytical bench techniques, and Window-based software.
- Knowledge of automated data acquisition systems is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Gas Chromatography (GC) is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
