About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Inspection: Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards, identifying and marking defective parts or products for repair.
  • Record Keeping: Record information on products inspected, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Surface Preparation: Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Minor Repairs: Make minor adjustments and repairs to wood products as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
