Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wood Products Assembler to join our team at Wescon Cedar Products Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality wood products, including window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble wood products to exacting standards, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Inspect products for conformance to quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Record information on products inspected, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Make minor adjustments and repairs as needed to ensure products meet our quality standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in woodworking or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
