  • Monitor Team Progress: Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all stakeholders. Ensure accurate documentation of progress and actions in Agile tracking systems.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage and lead initiatives to continuously enhance processes and practices based on retrospective feedback. Assist Capability Lead in creating a vision across products.
  • Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate any impediments that hinder the team's performance.
  • Conflict Resolution: Facilitate the resolution of interpersonal conflicts and issues within the team to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Value team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of progress and requirements.
  • Guard and Enforce Scrum Principles: Uphold and reinforce Scrum principles, practices, and processes, recognizing their significance and functionality within the organization.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on the progress of various Value Teams and outcomes to your Capability Lead and team members.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay updated on the latest trends and practices in your area of expertise.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work produced.
