Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising a team of kitchen and food service helpers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The role is physically demanding and requires flexibility, client focus, and teamwork.
