Job Title: Financial Control Supervisor

Gressenhall Enterprise Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions, as well as providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Transaction Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work of team members to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
  • Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial management and control.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, and accounting software.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, reliability, and a team player.
