Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated execution and self-starting mindset.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding efforts and broader marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong organizational methods.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and ability to coach diverse individuals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
