We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available for sale and that stock levels are optimized.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have excellent attention to detail, and be a team player.
