Requirements:

  1. Project Management Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in project management and software delivery, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience managing software development teams.
  3. Methodology Expertise: Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a solid understanding of software development processes.
  4. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior leadership and clients.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing issues before they escalate.
  6. Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps).
  7. Project Management Tools: Experience managing projects from conception to deployment in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  8. Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Start-up Experience: Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  2. SaaS Experience: Prior experience with SaaS products and cloud-based platforms.
  3. Certifications: Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management credentials.
