Job Description

Division Chief and Full-time Pediatric Cardiologist

The Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Division Chief and full-time pediatric cardiologist to lead our Division of Cardiology. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing clinical care, teaching, and research in the Division of Cardiology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical care, teaching, and research in the Division of Cardiology
  • Oversee the safety and quality of care provided by the Division
  • Provide medical staff leadership and operational resource oversight
  • Maintain a clinical and academic role within the Division

Requirements:

  • MD degree and certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in pediatric cardiology or equivalent
  • Eligibility for licensing in the Province of Ontario
  • Strong operational and academic leadership skills
  • Proven record of achievement in comprehensive patient care, clinical program development, education, research, and/or quality assurance
