Oversee the management of records, licenses, inspections, warranties, and service agreements related to equipment and tools. Ensure efficient yard operations and management.

Process Enhancement

Advance the transition to a technology-driven environment for tracking equipment usage, condition, and operational analytics. Implement technological improvements to optimize equipment utilization and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with leadership to promote energy-efficient equipment and processes, providing practical solutions for efficiency. Partner with equipment suppliers to adopt innovative maintenance approaches, leveraging their expertise to enhance maintenance tools and processes.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets for informed business decisions. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. Experience in budget management and financial analysis. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Proven track record in developing and implementing best practices and technology solutions in a construction setting. Experience in team building, coaching, and succession planning. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.

This position is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary range. The starting salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience. As part of NorLand's comprehensive compensation package, this role may be eligible for additional benefits.
