As a Climate Solutions Equipment Associate in our Power/HVAC division, you will leverage your expertise to conduct installations and perform minor repairs on equipment while ensuring safety and professionalism at all times. Your role will involve the safe operation of delivery vehicles and the installation of HVAC systems, along with dehumidification and air purification equipment at various customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct minor repairs, maintenance inspections, and cleaning of equipment
  • Assess and report on equipment condition pre- and post-use
  • Demonstrate equipment functionality to customers
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred experience in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems
  • Mechanical aptitude with familiarity of relevant tools
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 lbs. regularly
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services
