About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our team. As a Primary Care Nurse, you'll work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, best practices, and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Written and spoken competence in English.
