Role Overview: In the capacity of Cultural and Administrative Leadership Coordinator at Compass Early Learning & Care, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and growth within our programs. This role encompasses supporting reflective practices, enhancing pedagogical development, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the School Age programs
  • Leading team discussions and meetings
  • Managing payroll and billing processes
  • Ensuring adherence to licensing regulations
  • Building and nurturing relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Facilitating pedagogical engagement with educators
  • Observing and documenting the learning progress of children
  • Designing stimulating learning environments

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Knowledge of childcare regulations and standards
  • Valid certifications including Vulnerable Sector Check, First Aid, and CPR
  • Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
  • Proficient with technology and relevant legislation
  • Access to reliable transportation
