  • Work Site Environment: You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on wheat farming.
  • Tasks: Your responsibilities will include:
    • Applying fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth and development.
    • Cleaning the crops to ensure they are free from debris and contaminants.
    • Clearing and collecting brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.
    • Mixing fertilizer to create a blend that is tailored to the specific needs of our crops.
    • Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure they receive the necessary care and attention.
    • Writing daily basic progress reports to keep management informed of the status of our crops.
    • Cleaning the work area to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
    • Fertilizing and spraying crops to promote healthy growth and development.
    • Harvesting crops to ensure they are ready for market.
    • Examining products for quality and readiness for market.
    • Mixing and preparing soils to create a fertile environment for our crops.
