We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Livestock Labourer to join our team at Le taj Farms. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of our livestock, including goats and sheep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our animals.
  • Develop and guide the behavior of farm animals to promote their well-being and productivity.
  • Diagnose and address any health issues that may arise, and take steps to prevent future problems.
  • Disinfect pens, barns, and poultry houses to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Feed and tend to our animals, ensuring they receive the nutrition they need to thrive.
  • Formulate feeding programs to optimize animal health and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of livestock performance and health.
  • Select livestock for sale, ensuring that only the healthiest and highest-quality animals are sold.
  • Perform general farm duties as required, including maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
