We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Dispatcher to join our team at GardaWorld Cash. As a key member of our National Control Center, you will be responsible for monitoring and securing our branches and vehicles, issuing electronic lock codes, and responding to emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Respond to emergency situations, including GPS, alarms, and emergency phone lines
- Implement emergency response procedures, escalate incidents, and report emergencies to relevant personnel
- Monitor and track major incidents that interrupt service response or increase risk to GardaWorld crews or branches
- Issue access codes for vehicles, branches, and ATMs
- Escalate GPS and tracking issues to GardaWorld IT and/or Fleet
- Provide help desk functions and escalate security-related issues nationally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Strong written and verbal command of French and English
- Prior dispatch experience is an asset but not essential
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multitasking
- Organized with decision-making skills
- Computer literacy and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work activities and meet objectives
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and willingness to work with others
- Diplomacy and self-confidence in working with staff at all levels
- Ability to protect confidential information
- Casual schedule with flexible hours
- Starting wages: $25.00 an hour
- Overnight premium
