The Role: Service Chief in Availability Status

Reporting to the Permanence Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Operational Excellence: You will oversee all operational activities, coordinating with clinical intervenors and ensuring quality service delivery to users.
  • Urgent Response: Handle urgent service requests and emergency user admissions, providing immediate support and guidance.
  • Resourceful Leadership: Act as a resource person for existing staff, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Share relevant information with stakeholders and act as a representative of the organization to employees or external parties.
  • Service Continuity: Participate in the service continuum for CJM-IU users by sharing functional management information with managers within your deputy direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to clinical intervention.
  • Five years of relevant work experience.
  • Availability for a minimum of one weekend every two weeks and a midweek shift.

Assets: Experience in supervising personnel.
