In the role of Pre-Owned Sales Manager at Steele Ford, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, establish sales objectives, and devise strategies to meet revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing sales objectives and targets for individual sales team members.
- Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve or surpass sales goals.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Managing the inventory of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Overseeing the structuring of both new and used vehicle deals.
- Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting orders based on market trends.
- Keeping the team updated on new products, features, and industry developments.
- Collaborating with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to synchronize strategies.
- Generating performance reports for senior management regarding sales trends.
- Identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective measures.
Qualifications:
- A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Vauto and similar software is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of prior experience in automotive management.
- A valid driver's license is required.
