We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure that the restaurant is always fully stocked.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including promoting sales and driving customer engagement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Urban area.
