- Agile Process: Follow our agile software development process.
- Task Prioritization: Identify and prioritize tasks in the software development life cycle.
- Technology Staying Current: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and current trends.
- Third-Party Components: Evaluate and select third-party components/libraries/frameworks and new technologies for rapid development.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven work experience as a Full-Stack developer.
- Web Development: Good understanding of the entire web development process.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, AngularJS,.NET,.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET / MVC, responsive and adaptive design, browser testing and debugging, cloud computing platform and services (Azure preferred), service-oriented architectures, Web Services and APIs, code versioning tools such as Git, CI/CD and DevOps.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, teamwork oriented (great interpersonal skills), experience with Agile methodology, experience with Jira and Microsoft Teams, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), excellent problem-solving, requirements analysis, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
