Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Blackwell Dairy Farm Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation of Goods: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Logistics and Record-Keeping: Keep accurate records of items received and delivered, and maintain a record of vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Air Brakes Endorsement and Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: The job requires physical demands, including the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Work Conditions: The job involves working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and requires attention to detail.
