Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Kelowna, Canada. As a key member of our beBee Professionals team, you will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations and manage a team of staff members.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the business.
