Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Secondary School Guidance Counselor to join our team at School District #27 (Cariboo-Chilcotin).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to students in academic and personal matters.
  • Develop and implement counseling programs to promote student well-being and success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure student needs are met.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Counselling or a related field.
  • BC Teaching Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
