Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Conserve It Renovations Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our renovation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, cement finishers, glaziers, and other tradespeople.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Train and supervise apprentices and junior staff.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather. The work site will be noisy, dusty, and at heights.

Work Setting:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on commercial, residential, and renovation projects. The role will require frequent travel to various locations, including job sites and company offices.
