Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and contribute to sales efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
