About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately assembling products for customer orders, loading orders onto customer trucks, receiving inventory from suppliers, and receiving and restocking customer returns.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality in your work. You will also be responsible for processing receiving tallies and packing slips, conducting spot inventory counts, and performing daily preventative maintenance checks on lift trucks and other equipment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, as well as regularly bend, lift, and reach during the course of your shift.
Requirements
- Certification in counterbalance forklift operation is desirable, but not required; we are willing to provide in-house training.
- Minimum one year of warehouse experience and familiarity with order picking processes.
- Must have own steel-toed boots.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds or 23 kilograms occasionally.
- Regularly bending, lifting, and reaching during the course of your shift.
