Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in the southern suburbs of Perth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock loss prevention, and employee scheduling
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets
  • Previous visual merchandising experience working from a brief is an advantage
  • Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
  • Experience in developing and coaching a team
  • A true passion for retail and growing your retail management career
