- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and team dynamics.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Inventory Management: Organize and oversee inventory to ensure product availability.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, primarily in English.
