As a Sales Stylist, you will play a vital role in executing various functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Levi Strauss & Company's legacy and values.
  • Exhibit exceptional product knowledge.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor using the principles of The 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
  • Achieve or surpass daily store and individual sales and performance targets.
  • Adhere to Levi's cash handling protocols.
  • Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention policies.
  • Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the sales floor as required.
  • Assist in the pricing of merchandise as necessary.
  • Help maintain the store's appearance in line with Levi's visual presentation standards and general housekeeping practices.
  • Efficiently manage sales floor replenishment through RFID-enabled inventory systems.
  • Possess basic technological skills, including familiarity with iOS and the ability to troubleshoot devices and comprehend technical training materials.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds, along with continuous standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Demonstrate the following traits: Structured, Organized, Methodical, Consistent, and Adaptable.
