The Records Auditor will report directly to the Vice President of Asset Management.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update aircraft records accurately in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant directives and bulletins.
  • Monitor on-lease assets for reserve eligible components monthly and provide quarterly forecasts for upcoming items.
  • Conduct audits of aircraft technical records.
  • Develop work scopes for aircraft being prepared for lease and implement changes as per customer requests to MRO.
  • Create and revise aircraft audit templates for various aircraft types.
  • Update aircraft MRB/AD compliance reports with all task reports, including work order/work card numbers for each task.
  • Develop or modify master templates that track compliance with the MRB.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are scanned and organized in the approved manner.
  • Facilitate communication between customer requests and production, advising MRO of any changes to work scopes.
  • Collaborate with structures for E.O. research and SDIR validation.
  • Oversee on-lease assets to ensure compliance with maintenance by Lessee.
  • Provide forecasts of maintenance tasks and required life-limited parts for on-lease aircraft.
  • Assist in providing documentation for the import and export of aircraft.
  • Offer technical assistance to visiting customers regarding records reviews and planning programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven capability and proficiency in records auditing.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work competently with Windows Office suite and similar applications.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of aircraft.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance or records auditing.
