We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at JAG. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for patrons.
- Take beverage orders and serve drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth operation.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Work Setting
- Hotel, motel, or resort experience is preferred.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
- Personal Suitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
