Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members to maximize sales potential.
- Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of Circle K products.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
- Supervise Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to sales team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
As a Sales Supervisor at Circle K, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. You must be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Team Player: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Dependability: Ensure that all sales tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Initiative: Take ownership of sales initiatives and suggest new ideas to improve sales performance.
- Judgement: Make sound judgements when resolving customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Ability to Multitask: Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
