Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee our transportation and shipping processes at 2159715 Ontario Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the seamless functioning of computer systems and machinery.
  • Organize maintenance and repair tasks for equipment.
  • Provide training to staff on policies and operational duties.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Assign, review, and manage work tasks effectively.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Maintain operational continuity by overseeing computer systems and arranging repairs as needed.
  • Perform the same duties as the supervised team when required.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the logistics operations of the organization.
