Retail Sales Manager

Petro Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
- Budget Planning: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
The Retail Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail is essential.
