Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Footcare Nurse to join our team. As a Footcare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional foot care services to our residents, including diabetic foot care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional foot care services to residents, including diabetic foot care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
- Assess and report any resident concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in foot care
- Current Foot Care Nurse Certification, including diabetic foot care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and service to residents
