Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Support the marketing and sales efforts to win new clients and deliver high-quality work.
  • Team and Project Management: Lead a team of high-performing professionals, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of outstanding work products.
  • Practice Development: Contribute to the growth and development of our practice, including recruiting, marketing, and practice administration.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience delivering client service excellence.
  • Minimum of 2 years with a professional services firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, or Design.
  • Experience in delivering project-based, milestone-driven work.
  • Strategic and intellectual thinker with advanced capabilities in research methods and presentation development.
  • Ideal experience with enabling customer technologies.
