About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Customer and Digital Services Practice in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with clients.
  • Lead high-performing teams and manage projects to deliver outstanding results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development of our practice by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a professional services firm, with a focus on customer service and digital transformation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Advanced degree in Business Management, Commerce, or Design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
