**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime

* Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively

**Requirements:**

* Millwright-Journeyman or Mechanical Technologist certification
* 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or planning role in a sawmill industry
* Strong knowledge of maintenance programs and systems, including CMMS
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
