Key Responsibilities

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Ordering food and kitchen supplies to maintain stock levels.
  • Training team members on their job responsibilities, including sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Recruiting and hiring food service personnel.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Keeping accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Preparing and submitting operational reports.
  • Overseeing the assembly of food trays to ensure quality.
  • Monitoring the delivery of food trolleys to customers.
  • Creating and managing work schedules for staff.
Experience Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
