Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at WILD WINGS. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Manage kitchen operations
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment
- Physically demanding
- Work under pressure
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
