After completing initial training and onboarding, you will primarily work remotely.Since most tasks can be performed independently, you will spend approximately 95% of your time in a secure, private workspace with a reliable internet connection.
Bilingual proficiency (French & English) is required.You should possess exceptional communication and listening skills, along with a genuine desire to assist customers in meeting their needs and resolving concerns.
The ability to multitask and navigate various computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy while balancing performance metrics is essential.
Digital literacy across a wide range of devices is necessary, as is integrity in managing sensitive customer information in accordance with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
