Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient flow and resource utilization to ensure efficient use of healthcare resources.
  • Employ creative problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement in bed assignment, transfer, and patient care.
  • Ensure that administrative procedures are followed and quality nursing care is provided to patients.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, and assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures.
  • Set up and coordinate nursing services in conjunction with other health services.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to relocate for this position.
