About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Ashern Subway. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Receive and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning materials
  • Participate in the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and appliances
  • Support the preparation and packaging of take-out food and beverages
  • Assist with the maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Helper at Ashern Subway, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
