We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
- Lead and direct other nursing staff, students, and healthcare aides in the delivery of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing educational program.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
- Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) certification preferred.
- Experience working with chronic illness, geriatrics, and complex continuing care.
