About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ULTRAMAR - COUNTRY STYLE COFFEE - CORNER STORE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Train and develop sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Store Operations
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining stock levels.
    • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures.
    • Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Environment
