Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

ULTRAMAR - COUNTRY STYLE COFFEE - CORNER STORE is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, manage stock levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
  • Work Setting: Rural area, retail business.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable, basic security clearance, and criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and work term: permanent.
