About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Boston Pizza International Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our customers have everything they need to enjoy their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and work collaboratively with your team members to achieve our goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with our guests by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members.
  • Communicate effectively, sharing goals and challenges with your team.
  • Practice responsible selling and serving of alcohol, handle payments, and anticipate guest expectations by offering ongoing and upcoming promotions and utilizing bar and food knowledge.
  • Driven by professional development opportunities, consistently seeking new learning and skill-building moments.

Requirements

Boston Pizza serving experience is a significant asset. This role is ideal for students looking for 2-3 shifts per week. Must have weekend availability and 1 or 2 week days. Experience serving in a sit-down dining setting is required.
